Horizontal micro wind to combine with photovoltaics for a hybrid installation thanks to battery storage. The turbine is available in the 1500W size with 48V voltage, the nominal power is reached with a wind of 12m / s, has small and contained dimensions with a blade diameter of 2.05m and weighs only 35Kg. This wind turbine can be installed both on flat roofs, where with self-supporting structures you avoid drilling the roof if it is impossible, and on pitched roofs, the logic is to exploit the heights of existing buildings avoiding mounting poles on the ground from 10m.

5-blade profile with a symmetrical, twisted aerodynamic design that ensures maximum wind power (Cp> 0.35 at low wind intensity) to the rotor and operates with incredibly low noise and minimal vibration. The blade has been designed with an overspeed braking system which will generate a reverse reluctance torque to lower the blade rotation speed so that the blades and generator can be well protected in higher wind.

With the efforts of the R&D team and the time of technological development and fine workmanship, the sixth generation wind turbines proved to have excellent performance, durability and reliability, the results of the generator efficiency tests show what the turbine.

  • 5 blades made from glass fiber reinforced nylon using advanced thermoplastic engineering and precision injection molding technology for added strength, flexibility and reliability.

  • The generator casing is made of die cast aluminum alloy with minimal tolerances and sealed with high quality sealant, for this reason the wind generator can operate normally in various working conditions, and it is also the generator is equipped with class B insulation and IP56 protection.

  • The rotor consists of a high quality stainless steel rotor shaft connected with a permanent neodymium magnet, the unique design reduces the starting torque of the alternator so that you have more power in low wind conditions.

  • Electromagnetic braking combined with aerodynamics to maximize energy capture. The turbine has been designed to minimize size and weight while ensuring high performance for its swept area.

Ground pole

Typical installation on a flat roof where the turbine is mounted on a 9m high pole adjacent to the structure. Even if the generator weighs only 35Kg, an adequate structure with a concrete plinth is always required to ensure maximum sealing during gusts.

Pitched roofs

Installation of 1 1.5kW turbine always in combination with photovoltaics thanks to battery storage. Ad hoc structures allow and facilitate positioning on the ridge of sloping roofs and guarantee good production by exploiting the height of the house.
 

Sloped roof

Hybrid system on pitched roof, the perfect match between photovoltaic system and wind power system thanks to the storage system. 1 turbine of 1.5kW of power mounted under the ridge as the origin of the wind for more than 90% of the year was on the east side.
