The current legislation considers the installation of individual wind turbines on existing buildings with a height less than 1.5m and a diameter of less than 1m as normal activity for free building and therefore are subject only to inform the authorized municipality. In the case of wind farms different form the above ones, with a capacity below 60kW is required a PAS – enabler simplified procedure – which replaces the previously scheduled DIA.
